Our Level 3 Technical Sales Team is comprised of our most highly trained staff members. Level 3 staff member can answer advanced questions regarding topics such as energy efficiency, ultraviolet disinfection, and alternative media. We offer Level 3 Technical Sales Assistance Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Time. We offer Level 1 assistance for the most basic questions 7 days per week from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm Pacific Time. If your question may be better answered by our advanced team, your call will be returned during their scheduled hours.

- Do you charge a handling fee?
We never charge a handling fee. We only charge a shipping fee based on the expense to ship to your location.
- How long does it take to ship an item after I place the order?
Orders received by 4:00 PM Pacific Time are generally shipped the same day. Orders received after 4:00 PM Pacific Time are generally shipped the following day. Special order items generally require one additional day for processing. If you need an item faster, please contact us. We can often expedite your order if our capacity allows.
- Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax in the state of Texas. The tax rate is 8.25%.
