The model name is printed on the label under the robot's handle; the power supply sticker repeats it with the serial number. If the label is gone, the robot's shape, color and power supply type usually identify it, and a Pool Pro can confirm from a photo.
Sometimes. Maytronics builds its robots on shared platforms, so the same filter panels or tracks fit many models, and the fit list on each part page shows exactly which. A part whose list does not include your robot is the wrong part, however alike it looks.
Maytronics sells some parts only through dealers, and exchange parts (motor units marked EX) need the old unit back. Those pages show the list price and no store link; chat with a Pool Pro and we will quote one.
Usually, yes. A filter set, a pair of tracks or a power supply costs a fraction of a new robot and brings back the cleaning you bought it for. The exception is a motor unit on a robot that is already ten years old: compare the quote against a current model before deciding.
Send a Pool Pro your robot's model number (on the label under the handle) and a photo of the old part. We will confirm the Maytronics part number and where to get it.
