How to find the right part

Find your model name

It is on the label under the robot's handle and on the sticker on the back of the power supply. Every model we list has a parts page of its own.

Read the part number

Filter panels and baskets carry their Maytronics number on the plastic frame; power supplies and cables have it on a sticker. Search for it on any parts page.

Check the fit list

Every part page lists the robots Maytronics confirms it fits. If your robot is not on the list, the part is not the right one, even when it looks identical.

Ask a Pool Pro

Not sure which of two parts you need? Send us your model number and a photo of the old part and we will find the right number.

Pool cleaner parts, answered

Are these genuine Maytronics parts?

Yes. Every part listed here is a genuine Maytronics part with its factory part number. We do not list aftermarket copies: they rarely seal or fit the way the original does, and they can void the robot's warranty.

Where do I buy a part?

Each part page has a Buy on Amazon button when the genuine part is sold there, with the Maytronics list price for reference. For parts without a link, or when you are not sure which part you need, chat with a Pool Pro and we will source it or point you to a dealer.

Which parts wear out first on a robotic pool cleaner?

Filters first, then brushes and climbing rings, then tracks. Power supplies, cables and motor units last for years, but they are the parts that stop a robot completely when they fail, so they are here too.

Do you have parts for brands other than Dolphin and Niya?

Dolphin and Niya are live now and more brands are on the way. Until then, send us the model and the part you need and a Pool Pro will help.

Still not sure? Ask a Pool Pro.

Not sure this is the right part?

Send a Pool Pro your robot's model number (on the label under the handle) and a photo of the old part. We will confirm the Maytronics part number and where to get it.
