Super Ultra-Fine Filter Kit S2

Genuine Maytronics parts · Dolphin

Dolphin pool cleaner filters

The filter is the part a Dolphin uses up. When a panel stays grey after a rinse, or a bag has lost a seam, the pump works harder for less: the robot stops climbing, finishes early and leaves a trail of fine dust. The right replacement depends on the platform, not the name on the box, so pick your model or match the number molded into the old panel.

Find the right filter for your Dolphin

Panel size, basket shape and mesh grade all follow the robot's platform.

Start with your model

Choose it in the list and only the filters Maytronics lists for it stay on the page.

Match the number on the frame

Most panels and baskets carry their part number on the plastic. The same number means the same part, whatever robot it came from.

Pick the mesh

Fine (standard) panels catch leaves, sand and most dirt. Ultra-fine panels hold back dust, pollen and algae; they clog sooner, so many owners keep both sets and swap by season.

When to replace a Dolphin filter

It stays dirty after a rinse

Pores clogged with fine dirt and oils do not come back with scrubbing. A new set restores full flow.

The robot stops climbing or finishes early

A blocked filter starves the pump. A robot that no longer reaches the waterline, or ends the cycle with a full filter, is telling you to change it.

Seams, clips or mesh are damaged

Torn mesh sends debris straight into the impeller. Replace a damaged panel before it costs you a motor unit.

Dolphin pool cleaner filters: your questions

How often should I replace Dolphin filters?

Rinse them after every cycle and replace them when they no longer come clean, when the mesh tears, or when the robot starts leaving fine dust behind. In a pool that runs the robot several times a week, that is about once a season for ultra-fine panels and every one to two seasons for fine panels.

What is the difference between fine and ultra-fine filters?

Fine panels are the standard set and handle leaves, sand and everyday dirt. Ultra-fine panels have a much tighter mesh for dust, pollen and algae bloom; they fill faster, so they suit spring clean-ups and pools near trees or fields.

Can I use generic filters in a Dolphin?

We list only genuine Maytronics filters. They fit the frame and seal against the basket so dirt cannot bypass them; a loose aftermarket panel lets debris into the impeller and can void the warranty.
